Site Name
It’s a funny name but it’s quite unique and easy to remember.
Coding and Validation
I can’t really review your coding. You’re using a template, so I don’t know if you even have sufficient knowledge of HTML or CSS.
Browser Compatibility & Usability
According to Browsershots.org your site looks similar in most browsers.
The font size and the navigation are great; leave it that way. I know these may have been part of the template though.
Layout
You have edited a template with a header, which you have done well.
However the header image is not yours. This gives me the impression that you can’t make your own graphics at this point. It’s not a good impression, so try and create your own header at least. You may not be able to code but at least create some graphics or use a photograph you took.
The bright cyan behind the header image is not a good choice. Try and avoid this background. Perhaps make the cyan transparent to reveal the rest of the layout underneath, or use a matching colour like a light brown or tan colour.
You could reorganise your sidebar. Use either all text links or all buttons to link your affiliates.
Content
I am not your affiliate. You applied for a review so don’t link me as your affiliate. Link people with the http:// at the beginning of the link as well; it is necessary for the links to actually work and not just lead to a 404 as it leads to your server instead. You should link people with their URL and use <a href="URL">Link text</a>.
Heartlesswind- We never talk! I don’t even know if you have linked me yet! Please try to contact me more and link me! If these things haven’t improved the next check I may have to delete you!
…
Heartdrops- You haven’t linked me and you never contact me! Try to improve that please!
You applied for a review, not affiliates. I am reviewing your website. You should keep your affiliates and reviewers separate so you don’t get confused.
You also applied for a review from Ashley at Heartless Wind. So don’t get them mixed up, please.
Guestbook
I don’t see the point in having all of these images on this page. Not only are they large and take up space but they are very tacky.
What is a “blingee”?
Order
A form. What exactly are we ordering here?
Pick Up
So you make these “Blingees”. To be honest it’s really a rip-off because you’re not even making the graphics yourself; you’re just using a maker on the internet.
Contests
The image doesn’t show up properly on this page. You should have it as a thumbnail.
Affiliation
On this page, “us” should be “me”. Unless you are more than one person or owning this site with someone else.
Adoption
So you’re allowing people to give you their information when their websites are up for adoption? Fair enough. I don’t see why you need the password if others will be looking at this page, and when they can contact the owner of the website themselves.
Originality & Creativity
Nothing original and nothing creative. You didn’t even create your layout yourself and you don’t really have any content.
Organisation & Errors
Organisation was okay. You need to link your “affiliates” properly.
Overall Comment
Your website really didn’t have anything to offer. You didn’t make the layout or image yourself, and you barely had any content.
You got your affiliates and reviewers mixed up.
Learn some HTML and give your website a proper purpose. Code your own layouts and make some actual content. You didn’t show any coding or graphic skill and this is something you need for web design. You have lots to work on!

heh.

Hmm. I thought the whole affiliate/reviewer linkage issue was quite hilarious. With all due respect to the owner.
