Coding and Validation
Your coding has 33 errors.
First, this little CSS code is superfluous and should be removed:

You shouldn’t use a center tag – it’s deprecated in XHTML. Try customising your CSS by making a header (like <h3>) centered, and using the header tag.
In your script for ads, you should be using lowercase – XHTML must be in lowercase. You also need to have the script type, not language. This:

</SCRIPT>
should be:
<script type="text/javascript">...
</script>
Alternatively, try this PHP random linked image rotator.
On your images, you’re forgetting a trailing backslash.

Browser Compatibility & Usability
Looking at your site at Browsershots.org, your layout is looking good in all browsers, and functions well in Firefox and Internet Explorer.
Your navigation is clear but I would put it first thing on the sidebar, or use horizontal block navigation below your header image.
The layout is centered – good job. However the layout header could be reduced in width a bit to allow for space in a resolution such as 800 by 600. People commonly use that resolution on laptops and even though your header is exactly 800 pixels in width, a horizontal scrollbar still appears. Reducing it by about 20 pixels would make it look fine.
Your default text is of a good legible size.
Layout
I love the layout. The choice of photos was excellent and I love the way you’ve blended them, though the one on the far right is a little out of place.
I would add just a little bit more padding on the left and right sides of the layout so the text isn’t so close to the border. The regular links should be a colour very different from the text, so it’s easy to differentiate.
The layout is rather simple and it would be better if the CSS could be spiced up a bit; otherwise it’s a good job.

On this page, worth while should be worthwhile.
On your history page, lead should be led. It would be nice to link back to these sites if they still exist, and link to the hosts such as Freewebs too.
Your hosting rules are fair; Cutenews is insecure! But why do subdomain hostees get 20 email addresses and so many databases? They don’t need all these, do they? But that is rather generous.
On your ‘owner’ page, constand should be constant. You write really well! And this page was very entertaining to read.
Everything else here is pretty self explanatory.

There are so many articles I think they should go in their own section. Services is already part of the main navigation, I don’t see a reason for the double-up – I’ll review this section on its own later.
Your articles have got me really interested! They’re well set out, especially the ones on website design. You have very valid points!
On your article on finding the perfect web host, you could emphasise the numbered points like you did in your other articles.
I agree with your ‘True Affiliates’ article. Some affiliates are just horrible – applying and never keeping in touch!
I hope you don’t smack me for reviewing a site name, but sometimes I get annoying site names in my reviews that are almost nonsense or much too long. But then again, reviews are sometimes opinion too.
You have no comments on your ‘Buy Your Music’ article but I buy mine in the form of CDs. Yes, still! And records, for the oldies. But often when the artist doesn’t mind you paying zilch (oh, it happened with Radiohead’s In Rainbows), then it’s all cool. But I hardly download. 
You’re very strong about your article on religion! I see it as a good thing, maybe because I partially agree. But there are ridiculous things with religion and you, of course are entitled to your opinion. Very confident of you to let this article out.
Well, I’m not a fan of Abercrombie/Fitch or Hollister, but I see you’re targeting some brands. I too think it’s unbelievable that things are so expensive because they’re a ‘great brand’. Humph. I would not have bought my Abercrombie shirt if it wasn’t a fake $5 one! Oh, and go Aeropostale. I have a huge jumper of theirs and it looks like a dress on me. Wewt.
Your creativity article is great – what am I saying, I’ve loved all your articles so far, they’re all great! Well, I kept a layout up for ages until I got myself some inspiration. I don’t see why people have to copy or feel strained to get a new layout up.
The colour schemes are nice but pretty pointless. People can choose their own colours.
Your icon textures look great from the preview.. but the zip file comes up with an error of ‘no files to extract’.
The textures look pretty cool, but maybe you could note to ‘click on the thumbnail for the full preview’?
A great simple tutorial, and the only one. I hope you can add more to this section!
You should have a preview for your WordPress theme so I don’t have to download it to see. It looks okay though.
Your icons are great, but they’re of different sizes. Some are 98 by 98 pixels, others are 100 by 100.

Britney, I remember visiting your site a while back, and noticed you change your site a fair bit – you even had a hosting site going! It’s good to see you’ve finally settled. You’re a great writer and I really love reading your articles. I would love to see more. Your articles are very original and cover some interesting topics.
Your site, aesthetically, is great, though a slightly narrower layout would be preferable. You need to fix up some coding errors as well.
Other errors you need to fix are some spelling/grammar errors and that error with your icon textures. Just a bit of fixing here and there and your site will be perfect!
