It’s still easy to remember after all this time. I noticed your site has changed quite a lot so I won’t really be referring to anything said in your previous review; I’ll simply review your site as it is now.
Coding and Validation
Your HTML has 3 errors.
You have an extra </div> before you begin your footer div.
Your CSS has 1 warning.
In your sidebar div specifications, width: 200; should be
width: 200px; – you have to specify a unit.
Browser Compatibility & Usability
According to Browsershots.org your site looks the same in most browsers.
The navigation is very clear, and the text size is fine and easy to read.
You could cut down the width of the layout image a bit. You don’t really need the blank peachy parts when you’re centering the image anyway, and the background colour in the CSS takes care of that.
Layout
You’ve used a good colour scheme that’s nice and bright. I think the header image could be made a bit smaller. There’s so much space around the actual text of the image, and it’s unnecessary.
The bright pink in the footer isn’t too appealing. It’s too bright. A pale orange colour (but not as pale as the background) would work better.
The layout is very neat and organised.

About
I don’t think that comments are necessary on every page. The welcome message is also present on every page – which I also don’t think is necessary.
Since you have a small ‘about’ page and small credits page, I suggest placing all the information on one page. You should also credit WordPress for the blog.
On the credits page, Devient should be Deviant. It should be linked to deviantart.com and not deviantart.ncom.

On this page, you should bold the cost for the icons, as you have bolded the other prices.
You need further information on this page, as to how to apply and such. Otherwise, the page just looks like nothing.
Visitor
You’ve got a nice variety of articles. Most I have already read.
The ‘How to be safe in the sun’ one is new. It’s a great article, though short.
The blank buttons are very nice; better than other ones I’ve seen out there. Good quality and in colours that aren’t too blinding.
Favicons are also very nice and neat. I like how some of them match the blank buttons.
The icon textures aren’t bad. You could space them out on the page; at least put a gap between each texture so they don’t just look like a big quilt of patches. I don’t really like the thick hand-drawn flower textures under ‘simple’. Other than that the rest are quite nice.
Layout bases – finally someone who names them something reasonable. I like how you have kept them simple and utilised simple shapes and textures for a nice effect.
The last two Photoshop actions are better than the others. I think you should use a better image as an example.
I personally wouldn’t go for these site names, but for anyone looking around, it’s a good point of reference.
The textures are very nice and of high quality. Nothing to complain about here.
The FTP tutorial is great; I haven’t seen this tutorial around for a while; not many websites have it.
The WordPress tutorial could be improved by explaining how to chmod.
I’m sure I remember this WordPress theme. You should add some more.
Nothing much to say about the banners. Really small and in essence not that useful.
You have a link to an icons page which does not exist.
I have no idea what pixel that is on your pixel page. A pair of sunglasses? (Looked like two coconuts at first.) It’s hard to see on the light background.
The wallpapers aren’t my style but they’re alright. It’s good you offer them in different sizes.
Originality & Creativity
Very original and creative. I like how you have original articles and despite the odd use of celebrity images, you have original content.
Organisation & Errors
Excellently organised. Just a few errors here and there.
Overall Comment
There wasn’t much wrong with your site. Just a few errors and things that weren’t necessary – comments on every page, the welcome message, and so on.
The layout is impressive but can be tweaked a bit.
Your content isn’t that bad; I believe some graphics can be improved. I think your articles are great. I don’t agree with all of your opinions but you do write well. Your site is just not hugely impressive; there’s no ‘wow’ factor or anything.
