Coding and Validation
Your coding has 3 errors.
There is nothing hugely wrong with your coding and the errors don’t seem to be huge.
Your CSS has 1 error.
Your need to remove the allowtransparency= – that code doesn’t really work anyway. I also suggest you try external CSS.
Browser Compatibility & Usability
Looking at your site at Browsershots.org, your layout is looking consistent in most browsers.
Thanks for telling me about your iframes. I don’t know if you’ve been told but they’re not good. How can I bookmark one page when it’s trapped? Google doesn’t look at your pages in an iframe. I’m sure you’ve been told of the disadvantages.
If you’re doing this to make layout changes easier, try server side includes. Easy as pie.
The header image is too wide. It’s too big when I’m on a smaller resolution and it doesn’t look good.
Your CSS seems to be very minimal to me. You should edit your fonts instead of sticking with the default. Everyone has different default fonts on their computers so it isn’t going to look the same as yours.
Your navigation should have some sort of hover effect on them. A different colour or something.
And Navagation should be Navigation.
Layout
I have no idea what the header image is. Big and yellow and looks to be an edit of a photo of someone screaming?
I see you’re getting the green background from the text ‘Adventurebooks3′. A bit weird, yellow and green.
The layout is put together neatly and simply. However it really needs more styling in the CSS and a more appealing header image.

Also, your ‘Guestbook’ link doesn’t have a little explanation under it like your other links.
On the guestbook page, if you got another comment should probably be something like “if you have a query”. The page has an ugly blue background. You should make it green to match your content background.
Contests. I don’t see the point of the “blend” one. Why for just a section of your website? People can just visit the homepage of that site anyway.
The “SOTM” and “Blend” links at the top of the page aren’t really necessary. There isn’t much on this page for you to need anchor links.
This page also has a light blue background. It needs a green one, obviously..
Reviews section. Well, on the ‘review my site’ page, you should invest in a background there, not just plain white.
On the review application form, apply in tag board should be apply in the tagboard. The last section of the form also has a pink-and-red border – this doesn’t quite match with the rest.
I obviously won’t review your reviews, but why can’t you make Retro Sunshine’s review open in the same window? It’s not that hard.
The font changes on your received reviews page.
Prayer request.. simply leads to your form.
Same with the comments/suggestions and website help.
Affiliate and advertising applications are the same thing.
You don’t need to link to the same page multiple times with different links. Either make separate forms, or link to one form and say what you can apply for there. With this section, please keep the backgrounds consistent too.

Music – nothing much to say here, but make sure you’re allowed to put this music publicly on the internet.
Pretty self-explanatory links to other sites.
The tutorial for “navagation buttons” (which should be navigation buttons) isn’t too bad. Kind of ironic since almost all your links have no hover effect whatsoever.
This tutorial shouldn’t really be called ‘buttons’.. they’re really just links that change. It is also annoying how the text changes from normal to capitalised, because it dodges the text around it. It is also very hard to see the light pink on the green background.
Please spell “navigation” correctly.

The dropdown menu tutorial is pretty good. I have hardly seen anything like it. Simply explained but a good job.
The HTML tutorial on “new page” (which should be called “opening a link in a new window”) is pretty useless. It’s just the use of a code, really.
Obviously I won’t review ‘other sites’.. they’re not yours.
I won’t review the downloads. You shouldn’t be redistributing the programs as they don’t belong to you. You can only link to the website to allow for download.
The layout you offer isn’t too great. The image is rather pixelated and could be improved in quality. Also, the large amount of red used isn’t that good. These could be improved in styling as well.
The images here should be thumbnails instead, so they can be clicked for a bigger view.

Your link button text is hard to read. Try and fix that. You also say to “upload to your own server” when you provide a code. It’s fine for people to link off Photobucket.
Your past layouts are of the same quality as your current layout – not too good, boring, not much “design” in it. I see you have just tried a new program. Try mucking around with the effects of photo manipulation and editing – that will help improve your graphic skill. Also look for tutorials on the internet for graphic design.

Well, I know you’re definitely an original girl. You need to show that more in your site. You have some original things, but really not a lot at all. Your site definitely needs to be spruced up.
You also need to get creative and work on your graphic skill!
Organisation & Errors
Not too badly organised. But it could be better – you don’t need so many links to pages that are pretty much the same.
A few grammar errors spotted. No broken links or images found.
Overall Comment
Cami, you need to do a bit of work on your site. You actually have a fairly sound grasp of basic HTML, but you need to expand that further. You can’t always stick with the iframes! 
Your graphics skill also needs a bit of improvement. Keep playing around with different programs, or try things like using your own photos or even drawing layouts. that makes things a lot more interesting.
You also need a better sense of styling. Learn some CSS! It’s not too hard. W3 Schools is a good place to start for CSS.
Also, make more content! Even if it’s writing. You could be good at writing too. You need to add something to your site, jazz it up a bit!
You put a lot of effort into your site, I can tell, but you need quality as well. Good luck with your site.
