Coding and Validation
Your coding is valid.

Your coding is quite impressive; there’s nothing much you can clean up or fix, but you can shorten your CSS. The following:

Browser Compatibility & Usability
Your site looks the same in most browsers, and it is navigable and functions in Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Opera.
The font size is fine and the navigation is clear. What I do suggest though, is that with your white-coloured links, make them a different colour on hover so it’s recognisable as a link. Such is the case with the links in the footer and some of your affiliates.
The layout is wider than expected for a screen resolution of 800 by 600 pixels; keep in mind that the layout won’t look as good in smaller screens and devices.
Layout
From your previous layouts I can see that with this one you have adopted a different style. I love to see the different ways people use the technique of “brush-blobbing” and creating something rather random, for want of a better word. The flower patterns and the paint splats are a quirky combination, and teamed with all the other elements of the header image, including text, it looks great.
I would advise having the dropshadow for the text on a bit of an angle. Rather than being straight to the right, it should be slightly downwards.
I’m liking the subtle background and relatively simple CSS. It brings out the detail in the header and doesn’t make things look too cluttered.

You’re sending out a lot of negative vibes with this article. I most definitely see your point, but you are being negative. People do have their opinion and are free to say what they like! I think you need to make more of a point that there is a LIMIT when ranting about celebrities. You can blog about them and talk about them but there is a LIMIT as to how much you do so.

The backgrounds are simple – the noise and lines ones are quite common and not as unique as the flower ones.
Nothing much to say about button bases. Very simple.
The icons are nice but simple. Some text and effects can be added to make them more interesting.
Textures are preferable if not in packages. Visitors might not want a package and only want one – but they have to download it to get it.
On the PNGs section, Alexis Blebel should be Alexis Bledel. I’m not going to look through all the PNGs. I trust that each of the links work. However, your previews read “xdinna.info” and not “xdinna.net”.

This tutorial needs to go more in depth. Explain the URLs. How do they work? What must you do?
Originality & Creativity
You’ve brought “PNGs” back… and I don’t find it very original. Your current layout is creative, and you have quite a few unique resources (the cupcakes are very unique) but the PNGs just take this all away. You don’t need the PNGs for your website to be good. You’re very creative, and I don’t see a need for constantly creating PNGs when you have talent in designing layouts. I know sometimes you use elements of coding from other websites, such as mine, but use these ideas to make your own. You definitely have the potential.
Organisation & Errors
Fairly well organised. The only errors I have been spotting are the spelling and grammatical errors.
Overall Comment
The site map is useful for a large website like yours. I know you wanted me to only correct the errors or at least focus on them but I want to make a comment overall.
I see that you have improved a lot from the very first time I reviewed you. You have a lot of resources. While they are becoming unique, such as the cupcakes, you’ve come back with the PNGs and as you know, these are not original.
You’re doing great on your website – but no website is perfect. I know you wanted me to point out your errors, but you are able to do this yourself, which I feel you must do rather than depending on a review. I hope however, that this helps you. I definitely see your layouts becoming more creative and unique.

Also, I didn’t got back the PNG section because I thought that make my website better. For me cutting PNGs is like a hobby. I like doing this very much.
I definitely have to correct some tutorials and re-write them. Also I’ll add some graphics tutorials.
Also, for me works to open .psd in Paint Shop Pro 9. Try to download vexel of mine and you’ll see.
Anyway thank you, I’ll correct all the spelling errors and when I’ll update more and fix many thing, be sure I’ll apply for a review again

I understand you like them, that’s alright. I just tried to get the message across that PNGs aren’t that original. But if you love doing them and want to put them on your website that’s fine.
Yeah, that’s the other thing your website was missing; a few graphics tutorials! You should definitely add some on advanced graphics or something like that.
Oh, haha, my mistake. I don’t have a new version of PSP so I thought it wouldn’t work. Sorry about that.
