We all know ‘heart’ is common in a site name! But making things easier to remember is good, and ‘Emotional Heart’ is.
Coding and Validation
Your coding has 47 errors in HTML 4.01 Strict, the doctype you’ve put in. Using WordPress for your blog will put things in XHTML, so it’s best to convert to that.
The script you’re using for advertising is a problem. Try a PHP script instead for random rotation.
Don’t use the center tag in a h3 tag. Center is deprecated and you should use h3 to actually center it, or use CSS in some other manner. Ditto for other places where you use the center tag.
When you write Florin&Bizz, use & for the ampersand to prevent an error.
With a little bit of work you could really remove those coding errors!
Your CSS is valid.
Browser Compatibility & Usability
According to Browsershots.org your site looks good in most browsers. It’s a good thing the layout is centered too!
Your navigation is very clear, and your text is easy to read.
Layout
I love the colour combination – yellow, blue and brown. Incredibly unique.
The header image is very nice. However it looks like there’s a large gap between the content and the header because the dotted brush extends quite far without anything much on the sides.
The CSS is good and matches the layout. A bit more padding on the sides of the divs would be better.
Your footer should really go under both your content and sidebar. Also, in your sidebar.. there is no need for all that writing introducing your portfolio. The thumbnail is enough.

There’s just a few errors on this page:

With your credits, you should really link to the site, not just type the URL! You also need to credit WordPress, and you need to state WHY you’re crediting them (for stock images? Brushes?), not just who!
On ‘About Florin’ – don’t talk about the gypsies at your school and how you hate them! People want to read about you, not the gypsies.

The navigation on this page is a bit different but it looks nice.
Okay, your icon bases. I don’t know if you’re aware, but using celebrity images is actually illegal. You didn’t take those photos yourself, so you shouldn’t be editing and redistributing them! You might want to read this article.
Also, I don’t really like them in zip files. I can’t see all the icons, and I might not want them all. Save people from having to download to see, and show all the images instead, maybe.
The icon textures are okay.
The Photoshop actions are fairly good, but again, you shouldn’t be using celebrity images.
Ditto for the PSP scripts. You’ve got good valuable resources, but try using legal stock images.
Wow, I love these textures! They’re so simple but look great. And it’s so different from the overdone textures I’ve seen all week. 
On your tutorial page:

I like how this tutorial is set out! And the result looks really good.
The second icon tutorial is actually quite unique and I really like the effect. I definitely learnt something here!
The wallpapers are nice. You have very simple but intricate ones. Some use celebrity images, but since they’re wallpapers and for personal use that’s okay.
Premades
The layouts are very nice. As you mention on your main premades they’re not to be used for commercial use. However, you’re using them in this way, and you’re using celebrity images. Commercial gain doesn’t mean you’re getting money necessarily, but you’re gaining hits from people crediting you, gaining credit for these celebrity images that aren’t even yours.
‘Layouts’ should be ‘layout images’ as they are not coded.
The icons are very nice but again, they’re using celebrity images.
On the headers and signatures pages, you need to write ‘click preview for bigger image’ so people know.
The headers are nice but I think they’re a little too small.
The signatures are small and I don’t see how they could be used. Maybe as header images, if they were bigger.

Originality & Creativity
Looking through your site I definitely saw that your graphics were very good. They’re very creative, and I looked through your porfolio briefly – you have great designs. While they’re very creative, I can’t say I saw originality. Many of the graphics used celebrity images, which can be seen on a lot of sites.
Try using legal images or stocks that no one else will have.
Organisation & Errors
Things were pretty well organised. The only errors spotted were grammar/spelling errors. No broken images or links.
Overall Comment
Florin and Bizz, you own a good site with great designs. However, you need to touch up on a few things.
Firstly, coding. It’s not bad but work on getting it validated and writing consistently and sticking to the same doctype.
Try using less celebrity images and more of your own photos or legal images. That’s really all the suggestions I have. Keep up the good work.
