Typical Carnage.. too long. Why do you need a dash? They’re annoying. I’ll give you credit for originality, though.
Coding and Validation
Your coding has 17 errors. And it looks a mess from your source code.
You have no doctype. You should have HTML 4.01 Transitional. You also have no character encoding. Hence you need this at the start of all your documents:

But, for that to work, in your title, you’re using this symbol: ». To prevent an error, change that symbol to » which will give that symbol when processed.
So your coding’s a mess. All this:

should be in the body section.. which you don’t have. You have two </head> tags. Replace the second one with <body>.
You have two div endings in a row after your header image. Remove one.
The rest of your coding is a mess too. Other errors are caused by missing alt tags on your images. In most doctypes this is essential for validated coding. And you’ve got other errors caused by scripts.
Work on your coding. Big time. I think you need to learn the proper structure of a document. Go to Tutorialtastic.
Your CSS has 23 errors. Mostly because of blank values. Also a lot of invalid terms.
And century gothic should be “century gothic” with quotes. Any font with a space should be quoted.
Your CSS file has a .htm extension and should be with a .css. Copy the styling and paste it in a Notepad document, without the HTML bits (what the hell is that head tag doing in your stylesheet?). Save it as “style.css” – with the quotation marks.
Browser Compatibility & Usability
According to Browsershots.org, your site looks the same in most browsers.
The navigation is clear, but your regular links are the same colour as your text so it’s hard to differentiate them.
Your default text is a bit too small to read.
Layout
So you’re running this site with a friend.. okay. Could have stated in the application!
It’s simple and I like how the header image is small so I don’t have to scroll much to see your content. It’s a nice header image too, but the colours don’t go with the background. Your background could be changed to a lighter shade, or even just use a solid colour.
More different colours could be put in the header though, to make it stand out more. Great song, by the way. =D
You’re using iframes, which is a pain in the ass. They drive search engines crazy because it’s like choking a single page into a box. And how would I save a single page to my bookmarks if it’s caught in an iframe?
You can achieve the same look with divs. Iframes are old and annoying and not the way to go. Also, your background looks really dodgy in the iframe, especially when I scroll.
Like I said about your background. It sucks. It won’t even tile nicely. Surely you could have chosen a better background. This background only looks cool if it isn’t tiled.
It’s a simple layout but your background is just nuts. And there’s too much in the sidebar. Reduce it. You don’t need your introductions. It’s too much and there’s two of you; visitors won’t remember all the information.

On your graphics page.. I see the horror that is celebrity images. They’re illegal. Yes, and you’d better believe it. Unless you took these photos yourself (unlikely), it’s not okay to use celebrity images.
This includes the coded layout.
The graphics are boring and your navigation is annoying. I get taken to a menu when I click visitor. And yet another menu when I click graphics. And when I click icons, even more links. What the hell is with the way of organising icons? Yurk. Just put them on a page all together. Saves time, space, and energy. For you and me.
The HTML codes are boring. And useless. People can find there on the internet. Only if people just happen to visit, would they possibly use one of these.
Your tutorials are okay. On your Downloading Fonts page:

And really, you shouldn’t be distributing these fonts unless they were 100% made by you. Whoever made them would not want you to redistribute their work. Much like you would expect from your own visitors, I’m guessing.

Even still, ‘If grammar, typing skills etc are good enough to read.’ makes little sense.
Competitions
The ‘PLEASE VOTE FOR ME AT’ on the button looks like it says ‘PLEASE VOTE FOR MEAT’. This makes me laugh, and I’ve looked at it three times now.
Guess The Lyric.. okay. ‘Cannot display the page’? Well, get that problem fixed.

Originality & Creativity
Consider using a legal image source. Rather than the celebrity images. Your own photography is a good start. All these celebrity images are unoriginal.
You don’t have a credits page. So who’s your host? Where’s the background from? Your fonts? You made everything yourself, did you? Putting them in the sidebar isn’t enough. They deserve a proper link, not just numbers. Ditto for your affiliates (letters). You have to credit them with what you’ve used; why you’re crediting them.
You didn’t show much creativity in your site.
Organisation & Errors
Not very well organised. Spelling and grammar mistakes here and there. Pages are messy in structure. Too many effects everywhere making it hard to read.
Got some broken links.. I was warned with a lame ‘none yet’ beforehand.
Overall Comment
Georgia (and Jenn), you have a lot of work to do on your site. Start by getting coding proper and intact. Bad coding makes your site load slower.
Your graphics are generic and boring; I’ve seen a lot of it before. A lot of the graphics and visitor content is superfluous. Work on more original and better quality content.
Choose better colour combinations for your layouts. Everything generally needs more work.. good luck.
