Site Name
It’s a lot better than your old site name, I can tell you that. It’s quite long but it’s a nice name.
Coding and Validation
Your coding is valid HTML 4.01 Transitional. It’s good to see you now have your site validated. I do remember helping you out with it after your last review!
Your CSS is valid.
Great job guys! Your coding has improved! Even though last time it wasn’t all that bad.
Browser Compatibility & Usability
Looking in Browsershots.org, your layout looks the same in most browsers.
The layout’s centered – terrific! The navigation is clear and is the first thing on the sidebar. The font is of a good size and can be read clearly.
While I like the green hover on the normal links, having it as black makes it a bit hard to differentiate from the black text. Something like a very dark gray (try #444444) would make it easier to tell that it’s a link – and would complement the gray in the header image.
I like the main navigation in the sidebar but it would be so nice to have a hover effect on those. Use a.navi:hover as a class in your CSS, and put in attributes like a different background colour.
Layout
It’s very neat! But what really catches me is the detailed background. It matches, but it clashes way too much, because your header image already has a lot going on. It would be better to keep the background a solid colour. You could try #003333.
The header image is nice, but you’ve ruined it with too many brushes! The image loses its meaning. The big swirly one in the top left is too pixelated. There just appears to be brushes everywhere.
I really think that, along with having too many brushes, the header image is too big in height. The focus of the image is the bottle. I think you don’t really need to have that tagline at the top, and you could just have the bottle in the image, without the clouds and unnecessary “space” at the top.
Having your header image too large means that I have to scroll every time I visit a new page.
Other than that, I really like the image you used, and the green colour you’ve used is something I don’t see too often.
Your CSS is great; matches the layout, works well.

Normally I’d prefer if sections like these were called ‘visitor’, because “content” usually just refers to all the stuff in your site (see the heading of the section I’m reviewing now? ^_^).

On most should be At most.
The bullets on your graphics page appear as question marks – you might want to fix that.
These graphics look similar to those on your old site. I think they are better than what you had before, but personally I don’t like them. They look a little blurry and pixelated.
Again the profile headers page has question marks for bullets.
These profile headers aren’t too special; people can just get a fancy font of their own and make them.
On the signatures page, the title should read signatures. These are actually quite nice! Some are very cute too. I wouldn’t call them signatures though; they look more like banners to me.
I love the stock photos! More would be excellent.
Very nice to have a layout-making service! However, here:
One on right or left with the blog/ updates in the middle.
It would make more sense to say ‘blog/updates on the other side’.
On your reviews page:

The ‘here’ link should also be as a normal link, not a link like your navigation one.
On your paid service:

Complicated. You should just use PayPal for funds. And I’m not sure if hosts will allow you to set up someone’s site.
When you speak of refunds, say “partial refund of [amount]“. Also, fix the ‘here’ link on this page.
Your articles/fun reads are off to a good start; of course more would be great.

Obviously I won’t review this, but it’s a cute idea to have both your blogs!
Originality & Creativity
Very original! I didn’t see anything too boring or anything common.
Yes – you can be very creative! No doubt about that. You have a unique graphic style.
Organisation & Errors
Very well organised! The only errors I spotted were the grammar/spelling errors. No broken links or images were found.
Overall Comment
You guys have a much better organised site this time round. Your content still shows your individual style, as does your layout.
I like what you’ve got here, even though there isn’t a lot of it. Making more graphics would mean you would have more to add to the site. Also, articles and such are always good. I think you both would do a great job in writing articles of any kind.
I have nothing much to complain about – the layout can be tweaked a little – but since you offer to make layouts for people, why not make a bunch of coded ones for visitors that just drop by?
Your site is very small and it has the potential to grow. Keep working on it and it will be excellent!
