I love how you got it – kisses and hugs – very cute. I like it, it’s easy to remember, but I don’t really like how it sounds.
Layout
Very pink indeed! I like the colours. But the font you used on your header is a little too purple; it doesn’t really match with the background. I really like the flowery patterns on your layout but they’re a little too cluttered and make everything look crowded. It would look better if the header was bigger and with minimal decoration. I think the hovers are pretty good, but the navigation should be a bit bigger and clearer. Your CSS is fine.

I didn’t think this form needed its own big part amongst the rest of the navigation, I think you could’ve put it as a little text link on the sidebar, because you’ve already got it under ‘Kihugs.com’ anyway.

This section was good. I think you should link your awards back to where you got it from, like you did with your gifts. I’m glad you have a little ‘about Kihugs’ page, not many people bother giving a little info about how their site began.
I like how you’ve written a little info about your past layouts, but sadly, they seem a lot better than your current one. I can see how you’ve improved, the transition from v3-v4 is amazing.
You have your Poll of The Month here, which I don’t think is necessary as you have it in your ‘interact’ section already.
I would say this is the best of your content, I can see you’ve taken your time with this section.
GRAPHICS:
I like how your avatars are organised and they are pretty good. However I think the ones you use on your blog are better. I think you should also offer some of these. I do the same with mine, use most the ones I offer on my blog.
I like your glitters but you should also give people who request them more options, like choosing from fonts, adding a graphic maybe, etc. Add more too, people like these things because they’re too lazy to make them themselves =P.
I don’t really like your free layouts. They’re quite simple, which is good, but don’t look like you’ve put enough effort into them. Your previous layouts show your graphic skill but you should also incorporate this into your free layouts so people will really want to use them.
Overall you don’t have many graphics, and I think you could add a lot more.
TUTORIALS:
These are great. I can see you’ve put a lot of effort into making them understandable for even the computer-illiterate. You have a lot of particular ones for myspace which I notice can be used under normal html or css so you could put a note on that too, perhaps.
INTERACT:
Really doesn’t have much. If you’re considering putting this as a total section on its own you will need to add more stuff, otherwise you should put it all under a ‘visitors’ section with your other stuff. I also don’t think ‘reads’ belongs here. Your only read is ‘website advice’ which really is more fitted under tutorials.
Originality
Kihugs is definitely original. You’ve got a good mix of graphics, even though you need a fair bit more. Most of your stuff I’ve seen at other sites, and I’m a little less impressed because you don’t have much. What I am impressed by though, is your tutorials. I can really see you’ve put in a lot of work with them. I think this section has your strengths. And I like the glitters, most sites with glitters specialise in them only, which turns me off. But you have other stuff too.
Errors
Your updates/affiliates/advertising sections on your sidebar are out of alignment. I think this is because of my resolution, which is 1152×864, because it looked okay in 1024×768. (It was out of alignment in 800×600.) You need to take into account the resolution your visitors may have. However your tagboard and everything downwards is aligned correctly.
I think your tagboard should be a little bigger. And just those little things I commented on about your layout above.
