I like this site name because it’s original; I like how you combined two words together to get it.
Coding and Validation
Your HTML has 3 errors and 7 warnings.
One error is caused by your PayPal donate button. You should remove the border="0" in the following:

Your link button in the sidebar has </a> after it, when it doesn’t actually link to anything.
You have the following:

You cannot place the center tag within a paragraph; they must be the other way around.
Also, in the following:

You should end the paragraph before the alignment, therefore you must place </p> before </center>.
Your CSS has 4 errors and 4 warnings.
Be sure to place fonts with spaces in quotes, such as "Times New Roman".
In some places you are repeating colours in two contexts. If you check your CSS you should be able to see where.
You also need to change background-color; to background-color:. Also, text align: center; should be text-align: center;.
Browser Compatibility & Usability
According to Browsershots.org your site looks the same in most browsers.
The main font size could be increased a little bit; it’s rather small.
No problems with the navgation; it’s fairly clear. Good to see the layout at a suitable width as well.
You have alternative text on most of your images which is a good thing. My internet is rather slow at the moment so it’s good to see I can still navigate your site and see links with my images turned off.
Layout
The layout has a lot of colours, which is nice, but I don’t really like the yellow-green colour you’ve used. It’s apparent in your footer background and in your navigation hover background and it’s not really a nice colour. If it was lighter and of a brighter yellow it would look much better. It would also complement the flowers better.
I don’t really like the colour scheme in the layout. The yellow-green colour isn’t very appealing. You have used some bright colours in your CSS which is nice, but the header image should use those colours a bit more. The pink is something that could be incorporated a bit more.
The background colours for the content and the main background are not really bright; they’re rather drab. Brighter colours would work better.
Overall the CSS is more exciting than the layout image itself. It’s great that you coded this layout yourself and everything but I think you could use something with a better colour scheme.

Aww, what a shame; no one’s asked you a question yet! I would ask one, but I can’t think of one. 
Visitor
The avatars are nice, but they could be better. The sayings and greetings could use varying fonts, and maybe some coloured overlays would be nice as well. Some of the text on the avatars could be made clearer as well. In Photoshop you can make a shape to place the text, and reduce the opacity of the shape so you can still see some of the background.
The blank buttons are okay; they’re a bit plain. The colours could be improved with some softer colours as well.
You only have one free layout but I like it! The colours are nice and the CSS is good. You could improve by darkening the header colours as they’re a bit light to see on the pale background.
I mentioned this with the photography before, but try and upload larger images; that way they’re of better quality and better to work with.
On the wallpapers page, Twilgiht should be Twilight.
The wallpaper isn’t bad, but the red is just too bright. A colour like dark blue or even making this image grayscale would look nicer. You could also make the wallpapers in other sizes.
On the advertising page:

I don’t think you should put all your affiliates on your sidebar. Some people don’t want their sidebar to be a big clutter. Personally, I don’t put all my affiliates in the sidebar because not all of them deserve to be there, and putting all 68 of my affiliates on my sidebar is ridiculous.
The disclaimer is also unnecessary. By law, anything published on the internet is copyrighted as it is published. You should change this paragraph to inclusion of the copyright symbol (©), as that is what people are entitled to.

Originality & Creativity
Definitely original. I can see you’re trying to make your website as original as it can be. You are quite creative but you do need to use some better colours in your graphics.
Organisation & Errors
You should correct your spelling and grammar mistakes. It doesn’t look very professional.
There weren’t any problems with images or links.
Overall Comment
Marielle, I don’t see much improvement in your site, except that you have centered a layout and coded it yourself.
I think you’re really in need of a good colour scheme for your layout. I haven’t seen any layouts of yours since your last review but something like your free layout is nicer than your current one. I suggest a different colour scheme.
You could organise things a bit more and correct your mistakes. It’s mainly your layout that could improve.
