It’s a bit long, but it’s easy to remember and it’s very lovely.
Coding and Validation
The W3C markup validation service tells me you have 12 errors. Firstly, while your basic coding is correct, you have a <br> after your ending <html> tag.
You also have a </center> with no beginning center tag, so it seems that that should be removed.
A lot of the other errors are caused by scripts or misarrangement in your coding. I suggest you take our anything like scripts temporarily, and check that your coding is valid before adding it in. Usually there are other ways of adding scripts that will not cause validation errors.
Warnings in your coding are caused by XHTML used in FanUpdate; it’s best to convert to XHTML to prevent these. Try this Tutorialtastic tutorial.

Browser Compatibility & Usability
The site looks great in most browsers according to Browsershots.org.
The navigation is really easy to see, and the text size is perfect.
Your header image is a good size and your layout would look great in even the smallest screens and resolutions.
Layout
The layout is quite nice, and doesn’t follow the conventional sidebar. It’s nice you’ve used your own brushes and textures.
The colours work quite well except I don’t think the yellow-brown background works with the white on the header. I think the colour should be a little lighter. The black is a little too dark and a dark or dim grey would be better, because the tones give the layout a look that’s a little too dark.
I like the font used on the header; it suits your site name very well.
The layout looks alright without a sidebar, but your affiliates and advertisements are too much to be under the header, meaning I have to scroll a significant amount when I visit another page. The affiliates would be better above the header or in the footer. Too much under the header is annoying as I constantly must scroll – as I mentioned.

A page that isn’t too full of information and isn’t too empty! Just a bunch of errors. Notably your English isn’t perfect which I’ve noticed you’ve added in some articles on your site. Perhaps including it here would be more noticable.

Visitor
The backgrounds are all very nice. Most of them can tile as well which is excellent, and they’re all of good quality.
The last brush image is a dead one from Photobucket. All these brushes are very nice and well made.
The stock images are nice and well taken, also of high quality. I like the sky ones. The full images are a little small though. Making them bigger means more versatility and people can use them a bit better.
The smilies are nice but they need to be more refined and simpler. The details on their expressions are a tad too much.
The avatars/icons are lovely; not a celebrity image in sight
Awesome textures. The light ones are very nice. The scratches are a bit hard to see though.
Your little note on the top of your ‘celebrity images’ read is nice. I have been going through your errors but I don’t feel so nice going through an article you wrote and correcting things. English isn’t your best language so I feel mean picking on you. I’m making a note here that on any long articles or pages I find on your site, I won’t point out every single error. 
This article has a good message. Of course, I have an article on the same topic, and I believe celebrity images shouldn’t be used. Great article.

Well, wonderful tips on ‘pointless’ things. I agree with a lot of these, even though I do still choose to have them on my site. For instance, Twitter. Sometimes I can’t blog and I don’t have the chance to, and the only way of telling people I’m grounded from the computer is to text from my phone onto Twitter!
Nevertheless, everything else is pretty much valid. I still like writing about myself, hahaha. I agree with the majority of your “content” things though! This is really a great read. Thumbs up.
Good article on advertising! All over this page though, you have question marks instead of apostrophes appearing so you might want to go through and fix them. It’s possibly because you typed the page up in MS Word or somewhere, where the quotation marks change.
The FAQ is self explanatory. On this page the CSS is off – different fonts.. Try customising it to match your layout styling. I’m sure you’re using BellaBuzz and you can edit the styling of the page so long as you don’t touch anything else.

The Twirl Brushes tutorial is quite interesting, but it is really quite unnecessary.

The yellow and gold tone techniques are really quite similar.
The Ocean Blue tutorial is nice, but the end result freaks the poo out of me.
The Text Quote tutorial would be better named ‘Text Bubble’.
The miscellaneous tutorials are silly and aren’t so well thought out.
Overall you have some great tutorials that are simple to follow, and some that I’ve never seen before.

Great rule about not applying just to get hits! Of course your rules are fair and I’d be happy with the amount of affiliates you have.
You’ve got some grammatical errors on your past layouts page, but since it’s a little long I won’t correct all your mistakes. I see that your English isn’t perfect after going through parts of your site.
When you are talking about these layouts, since they are no longer active, you should write in past tense. Eg. I try to make should be I tried to make.
Credits – cool, you also wrote what resources you used. Good job!

Organisation & Errors
Very well organised. So many tutorials though, that they could all be in their own section.
Some errors in spelling and grammar; not your fault that English isn’t your “mother tongue” though. 
No broken links, just that error in the CSS on your FAQ page.
Overall Comment
Nnie, I enjoyed reviewing your site. I love all your graphics as they’re beautiful and original. Your layout is simple yet elegant, and your coding is pretty good. Well done on the CSS.
Nothing much needs to be improved. Some of your tutorials could go, as they’re not really teaching anything, but others are quite good.
Your site was organised which was very impressive. I’d love to see more graphics in your content. Also, your layout could be jazzed up just a bit.
