I like the name Oh Panic, as I mentioned in your previous review. In fact I like the .info extension better than your old .co.uk one.
Coding and Validation
Your coding is valid and your CSS is also valid. Great job!
Your coding also looks very organised.
Browser Compatibility & Usability
The site looks the same in most browsers according to Browsershots.org.
Your default font is of a good size. The navigation is also clear and your links are easy to differentiate.
The layout is centered – great job. And it’s not too wide either, so it’ll look great in smaller resolutions.
Layout
It’s simple, but looks very professional. I like the brown gradient in the header image and the futuristic-looking font.
I like the tagline. I think it’s better than your previous one.
You’ve chosen great colours for your CSS. I like how the sidebar sections have a brown background for the headers, which varies from the background in the content.
I like how you’ve combined a serif font with a non serif font. It looks really varied and the combination of a round font with something more classic adds a unique twist.
The footer and the header match nicely as their backgrounds both go across the screen.
Content
Your question-and-answer page is self explanatory. Well styled with your CSS.
About
On the main page:

panic should be “Panic”.
You’re rewriting your ‘About Vicky’ page, which is understandable. Just try to get it up as soon as possible. I suggest removing the link until you have the page ready.
Your credits page is good; you’ve noted why you’re crediting the website too.
On your hosting page:

You have fair rules.
Tutorials
CPanel tutorials – now that’s something I don’t see often. These are great and the screenshots of course make them easy to understand.
‘Centering your layout’ is a great tutorial. A lot of people need to know how to do this! Same with the image wrapping tutorial. You’re right that a lot of people don’t know how to do it even though it’s very simple.
The FanUpdate and WordPress tutorials are well written and set out very nicely. The instructions are easy to follow.
Resources
The smilies are cute! The first ones are a little too tiny though; it’s hard to see the expressions.
You’ve only got one coded layout, but it’s great! It looks professional just like your current one and it’s also nice that you took the time to make sure the coding and CSS was validated.
Wow, I’m surprised you used my stock images for your PSP scripts! Well, that aside, it’s better than using celebrity images.
I really like the effect of the first one. The other two have a rather bright result but otherwise look okay.
Unfortunately I tried to download the first script but the folder was empty. I checked the other two and they work.
It might be a good idea to have a tutorial or some instructions on how to install these.
The website templates are nice and great for people who don’t really know how to code. Again it’s nice that you validated the coding and CSS.

Your site is definitely original. I really like your layout style and I think you write tutorials very well.

I love how your site is very organised. All the links are in appropriate places.
There were no broken links or images, just a few spelling or grammar errors here and there.
Overall Comment
Vicky, your site is great. I know I’ve said that before but you seem very dedicated and you have potential.
Of course it’s unfortunate that you had to start over after your old domain was down, but you’re doing a great job. Your layouts are impressive and your coding is also great. You show dedication in your site.
I’m excited to see more content, especially your tutorials. Your blogs are great and I like the topics you discuss. Have you considered making an article section?
I’m giving you four and a half cookies again. When I think about it though, I’m a bit of a harsh reviewer and before I probably would have given you a lower score. Of course, given my new reviewing style, your site has greatly improved from last time. You have a professional and well-kept site. All I suggest is to add more content, because I really miss seeing a lot of your stuff.
