Crop and resize your image. I’ll be working with this cropped image of Synyster Gates from the band Avenged Sevenfold. For best results your image should be of the same coloured tones. This is the image initially, and the image after the tutorial is completed.
The first step is simple; using a bit of selective colour to get everything a little deeper in colour. These are the data values you should have, all set to Relative. To make a new selective colour layer, go to Layer > New Adjustment Layer > Selective Color.

Red: Cyan: +26 Magenta: +3 Yellow: -50 Black: +62 |
Yellows: Cyan: -3 Magenta: +11 Yellow: -24 Black: 0 |
Neutrals: Cyan: +11 Magenta: -5 Yellow: -16 Black: +47 |
Blacks: Cyan: 0 Magenta: 0 Yellow: 0 Black: +100 |
Next create a new layer, fill it with the colour #c69c6d and set it to Overlay at 100% opacity.
Create one more layer and fill it with #c4df9b, setting it to Overlay as well.
This is another example using the same tutorial:
It is an unusual coloured effect. Depending on the image you get, you may not get the result you want. Try to use very light coloured pictures to get the right effect.
